This completely renovated two story cottage has 4 rooms. It features original wide "pumpkin" pine floor boards, exposed beams and a narrow staircase, yet has all the modern amenities. The living room, eat in kitchen, 1/2 bath and laundry with washer and dryer are on the first floor. On the second floor are the master bedroom with a queen bed and the second bedroom with two twin beds plus a full bath. This cozy home comfortably sleeps 4. The brand new kitchen has a stainless steel stove, full sized refrigerator, and dishwasher. The house is fully air conditioned. There is a 42" flat screen TV, with cable and wifi. All bed linens and towels are provided as well as all cooking and eating utensils, coffee, tea, sugar, cream and salt and pepper. There are two+ parking spaces.
You will have access to the complete house and yard and patio. Consider it your home away from home.
This home couldn't be better situated for exploring Salem. Located steps from the House of Seven Gables and the wharf area this quiet, charming, residential area is comprised of antique houses built in the 1700 and 1800's. You can literally walk to all of Salem's major sites or jump on the site seeing trolley 1/2 block away. There are also numerous restaurants within walking distance. The home is also within walking distance of the Boston Ferry that runs from May through October. Salem is not just about Halloween, there many things to do and see, all year long.
